This vet office is great! The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly (shout out to Debbie at the front desk for her amazing energy). My dog is a special kind of anxiety headcase, and the personnel are SO understanding during his visits and make the extra effort to ensure he is comfortable. They also let me bring in my cats for a joint appointment and cleaned my carrier for me when my babygirl had an accident in it and all over her brother. It is a little pricey (as are all doctors offices), but they have you approve an itemized list of the recommended treatments BEFORE they do anything, so you can decide what you want done that day and know how much you will be spending. It really is the extra mile that they always go that make you feel like you are in honest hands who truly care for your fur babies.
First time visit. Accommodated my urgent visit request. Super friendly staff who all clearly love what they do. Did not try to push any products or services on me that I did not feel necessary unlike other places I have been to in the past. I will be returning for any veterinary services I need in the future!! We've been with Dr. Fiore for 15 years and would never take our kitties anywhere else. She's the best: experienced, knowledgeable, gentle, and always provides several treatment options. Her staff, especially Tracy and Christina, are also great with the cats and always available by phone for questions and concerns. Most highly recommended!
