I have been raised around Publix, and I have always been treated good at Publix, they have good customer service I always go to Publix
Prefer publix over any one else.. I have always had good experience here except tonight, after work went in to grab my favorite Italian sub. Got home and my sandwich had turkey in it, got charged for an Italian tho. I get it, it's almost closing time but damn.. do your job and don't screw people over. The attitude she gave just said it all.. if you don't like your job, quite and get another one... Never going back.. rather go across the street to walmart.
Something has gone foul here. I had previously rated this place as a 5, but that is no longer the case. I hadn't been here for a few months. We have gone twice in the past week. While the food and prices are still fairly decent, the food is not quite what it was. Mostly new employees and the service has declined drastically. It seems like it is under new ownership, but when we asked we were told no. Not sure how I feel about one of my previously favorite restaurants.
Very helpful personal and courteous. Will continue to use Publix.
