Grandparents lived there in the winter for 15 years. Amazing place. Pet friendly, neighbors are nice, and the area is beautiful. Just sold the house there and I am gonna miss it.

Management enforces home maintenance rules fairly. Nealy all mobile home parks in the area are nice. LaCasa stands out for wider lots and ponds that are shared by all residents.
Great park. Well managed. Lots to do. Short drive to beaches and area attractions. Secure entrance.
