Very slow service, other than Sally, but self service kiosk is great. Sally us a terrific and helpful person who should be the manager of the place!
Today, for the third time, mail that was clearly labeled and marked to me, was delivered to a residence on an adjacent street. Thank goodness for honest neighbors. The total lack of attention to detail has been lost with the woman who delivers to the Tusket Ave. streets. Today's package happened to contain my medication to treat my diabetic neuropathy.
If I could give zero I would. I'm not familiar with shipping out items and was told immediately that I have to do everything my self. The man didn't even seem to know what he was doing and was just smiling and nodding. The Women Pam who works there was EXTREMELY rude. Said she was trying to help but, gave me a major attitude and talked down to me like I was stupid. I didn't even know what to say so she told the man he had to help me because she wasn't going to. Didn't even have a box suitable for a 10 x 8 frame and had no interest in helping me. Wasted my time and just left angry. I will never go back there for any reason.
Wow. Surprised to see the bad reviews by so many others...& I thought it was just me.
The amount of junk mail in this neighborhood is beyond ridiculous; even though I have put in request after request to limit. I get several package deliveries each month. 1 out of 3 arrive damaged, opened, or broken contents.
I ship on average 5-10 packages nationally and internationally a day through this USPS for my business... and I never have a problem. Great friendly staff as well.
I can excuse an error once, maybe twice, but not this many incidents. And one so blatantly obvious as this. Time for a change in postal delivery agents for someone who cares about their job and the performance of the duties and responsibilities of such an important task to seniors and veterans like myself.
& Why do they make such high wages again???... :(
This post office is clean & staff friendly. But slow as molasses & not very knowledgeable.
