Francisco Ramirez, PT, is the Director of Operations at at North Port Fitness Quest.This is my 2nd round of PT at this facility following 2 separate shoulder surgeries. Francisco has individually managed my treatment and I just can't speak more highly of his ability. I would not go to another facility for treatment as long as he is treating patients at the North Port location.
I have been going to Fitness Quest in North Port for over a year now on and off for various reasons. The staff and Physical Therapists all make me feel comfortable and makes their exercises and massages fun so I do not feel the pain. After my sessions, I usually feel much better for a day or so especially now with the lower back pains I have been having lately. I would recommend Francisco, the other Physical Therapists and the office staff to anyone who needs Physical Therapy. They accept most insurances including Obama Care which tells a lot about them. They really care for the patients and in helping them to feel and get better.
I would recommend this practice to anyone needing PT!!
His staff is professional and friendly and the facility is always neat and clean. They stress cleanliness between each patient, treatment tables and all equipment used.
As an individual that has numerous health problems and suffers with them daily I can appreciate quality service. The Therapist(s) I dealt with were professional and timely. The office staff is dillegent at collecting payments and scheduling; however, they could exhibit some personal concern, not appearing to be robotic.
This facility is of moderate quality and better than most PT facilities I have been in and treated at. I would say that a small amount of empathy does go a very long way. It seems the world today has lost the ability to remember they are dealing with individuals that have feelings and some deal with many other diseases causing compounded difficulties and pain; that many do not seem to take into consideration. I realize PT's are not doctors but one would think it is the responsibility of the trained individual to present quality and knowledge concerning their career, the patients, and their abilities OR lack there of. Not every individual will reach the "status quo" number given; thus humans are called individuals. Overall I would say this is a quality facility and I would certainly return if future therapy was necessary.
