Good pet store. Staff very helpful and polite, but prices.a little on the high side.
Its easy to find a parking spot, even at this busy plaza and if you ask for help carrying out heavy merchandise, they will help.
This is my go-to place to shop for all of my animals. I have several hamsters, a couple of fish and a dog.
The staff is friendly and for the most part knowledgeable about the items and the pets they sell.
Expensive and they really don’t have any idea when anything will be coming back in stock. It’s weird that they just don’t know.
Terrible conditions for small animals. Reported only to be snubbed. I’ve contacted corporate for solutions. Unfortunately I’ve yet to receive a good answer. As to why the employee Brittany didn’t move rabbit from bullying and stressing out guinea pig in its cage. The poor thing had no where to hide from the rabbit. After returning home. My conscious wasn’t pleased with results. So I phoned and Lisa the store manager stated it’s common practice. That it’s fine in there. Basically didn’t care at all about the safety of their animals. She was all bubbly and unprofessional. However when someone who represents a chain retail store is allowing a animal to be tortured and stressed to look very sick.On the Facebook reviews there where other complaints of this same thing. Also a review on a rabbit dying from unknown diseases. Maybe it’s a wake up to corporate that this needs to stop. They have since taken down reviews.
The selection of fish is expected, and from time to time they have some interesting reptiles or parrots.
Witnessed rabbit in with guinea pig. The rabbit was stressed so bad it looked very ill. When I asked Brittney and Lisa they seemed to think this was all ok. They both are rude and said it’s fine. It’s done all them time. Very sad. Will never get anything from here again.
I have purchased a hamster from them and adopted another, both were healthy and taken care of.
This location has a good supply of small birds and bunnies. If you are looking for a hamster or any other critter, call ahead. I hear they get their animal shipments on Tuesdays.
They have a wide variety of food for all animals as well as bedding, pet care and pet supplies.
