This was our go to place to order pizza! I love their crust and the deals they run. However the past four times we have ordered pizza, it has been late. The wait time is typically 40-50 minutes but it takes 60-70 minutes to arrive. I called on my last order to complain and was told I was wrong about when I ordered my pizza. I asked for a discount and was given $4 off of my nearly $40 bill.
I called 4 time and ever time they hung up on me
Called at 9:28 and said that they were not taking anymore orders for the night when they close at 10. Called the next closest Papa johns and the guy was very understandable but told me he knew the owner of that store and to call back. So I called back and then they finally took my order. They said they were short on drivers. And they had me repeat my address several times. Not happy.
I don't think it's the drivers. We typically have different drivers and they all seem to be worked very hard. One told me they have people calling out daily and are really understaffed.
Until that issue is fixed, and they can deliver within the stated time, we won't be ordering again.
Under staffed & delivery is slower than quoted wait times. They are understaffed & a shift in management has created a poor work environment. There are better pizza places around the corner for carry out or delivery at this juncture though I'd rather order from here. The oversite they had from their North Fort Myers Branch had them working more effectively & efficiently 'in season'. I don't think 'the owners' or 'corporate' realizes how much business actually flows through this franchise. It would easily get 3-4 stars with better consistency with staff, service & product delivery.
One time the wait time was 120 minutes and it was still late.
The girl who took my order looked like she couldn't have cared less about customer service. The food was as horrid as her attitude.
