I have been through 4 different agencies in North Port, each one was less than satisfactory. Switched over to Dean McConville's State Farm Agency, across from the Old World Restaurant. Very glad I did. Quality all the way.
If I could give 0 stars I would. State Farm is a WONDERFUL company, I have had them for over 2 years.. However, this "franchise" is not. Bills me triple of my monthly payment, never has the correct amount, enters the wrong information. I have now had to reinstate my policy TWICE from cancellation because of Their staffs mistake, (which takes up to 6 weeks to even fix) and I only started my policy July 2017. I will never recommended this franchise. It gives State Farm a bad reputation.

Worked with Melissa regarding home owners insurance policy. Melissa is PHENOMENAL! We had a much lower quote compared to another agency with better coverage limits! She went over the entire policy and did her research on what was needed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND MELISSA!
