Brought in a Husqvarna zero turn mower 18 months ago and had a n issue and brought it in for some warranty work. I was completely expecting to get jerked around as is usual in my experience. The staff and manager went out of their way to make sure I wasn't charged for anything and even gave me a loaner mower....Certainly earned my business on future purchases.
