Got what might be the worst haircut of my entire life. Was not at all what I asked for and one side was WAY longer than the other. I'm giving the second star only because of the fact that the manager, with no questions asked, attempted to "fix" the mess that is now my hair & did not try to downplay how bad it was.
Decent cut for the money. Would return.
My first experience and it was simply amazing!!!! Very clean and welcoming with a friendly staff!!! Terri did my hair and by far the best ever and tremendous knowledge!!!! I won't have anyone else do my hair!!!! Woohooooo super excited!!!! Ty soooo much!!!!
I hate to say this because the stylist was nice, but she was very rough, my forehead had visible scratches from her nails. It didn’t feel good at all when she was washing my hair. She yanked my hair around like a rag doll. The worst part was that she seemed to be more interested in conversations with her co workers than my hair. She’d look at them while actually cutting my hair which made me nervous. I showed her pictures of how I wanted my bangs and she agreed, i thought we were on the same page and she did pretty much the opposite of what I wanted and what we talked about. You get what you pay for I guess.
Got my hair dyed for the first time there and they gave me 2nd degree burns on my ears. I didn’t go back for a refund or cause a stink because I usually don’t do that but i won’t be back
