I called on Friday afternoon after our air conditioning company pointed out that what had previously been diagnosed as an issue with the air conditioner was actually an electrical company. Crystal, in the office, worked hard to get Travis out as quickly as possible. He did a great job assessing the situation and recommending a course of action. He also was reassuring that, while the problem needs to be taken care of, it doesn't present an immediate danger. I highly recommend Sergeant's Electric!

Sergeant's Electric recently did some electrical work at my home--both major as well as minor things such as installing a light fixture. Honestly, I'm anxious to let people know what an outstanding job they did. Travis and Robbie (who did the work) were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and true professionals. Crystal in the office was also great. She would always call when they were on their way over, they were always on time, worked their butts off and did work of the highest quality. Travis & Ray came today to install and wire our new coach lights for the garage. They were on time and very personable when they arrived. Travis thoroughly explained the details of what they’d be doing before giving me a quote which was much appreciated. The lights look and work great! "Travis" and "Rob" worked on a project we hired them to do at a home we're selling on the other side of town. Not only did they show up on time, but I got a call from the office letting me know they were on the way. And, they did such a great job on that project, I hired them for another at our current home.
