My dad has been a long time patient of Dr. Masi. He treats my dad like a doctor and friend. He listens to my concerns related to my father.
After my health concerns were explained to a member of the staff I was told that I'd be able to be seen. When I arrived at the doctors office I explained the reason for my visit and was refused treatment. When I tried to explain that I was told to come in the lady behind the desk scoffed at me. There's obviously more details to the story but i rather put this whole thing behind me. I'm just posting this review to let others know this office did not treat me with respect and I doubt they'll treat others with respect.
Rachal is a bully and with all the people that work with her you have to watch everything they do. They wasted so much of my time and money. If you don't have anything wrong they will make sure you have lots wrong by the time you leave. Dr. Masi who I got to see one time called me by the wrong name and even spoke about something I never heard of. He must have read the wrong chart before coming in.
