I've received extra in my sandwich. A big clump of dirt. Lettuce was filled with sand and dirt. The manager apologized and gave me my money back. I decided to give it a second shot a year later, yesterday. I got the you pick 2 & it was still bad. I wish I would have taken a picture of it. I ordered the turkey bacon avocado sandwich. The lettuce was brown and the bacon was so undercooked almost like rubberbands. I'm a professional chef and healthy eater. I used to love this place. All the nastiness you can see in the sandwich makes me think what's hiding in their soups? Grosses me out. Most likely wont return.
I really like this Panera and go often... i wish they would put cream cheese on your bagel for you when I’m in a hurry.
Every time I order grilled cheese sandwich at this place they burn it. So after they took my order I said please don't burn the grilled cheese sandwich. The female manager came out and said in nasty tone we don't burn grilled cheese sandwiches. She was rude and nasty. And guess what happened to the grilled cheese sandwich it was burnt the first time. The second one was fine. Just have to say I want it my way not burnt.
As I write a glowing review of how much I like this Panera bread, my food is brought out after 20 min and my Mac and cheese is burnt. I still give it five stars but if this is a pattern I could change the review.
The soups and bread bowls are so fresh and full of flavor! This is my go-to place whenever I am in North Port. The staff there is very friendly and efficient, so a fast lunch is easy to do.
